Lord I Pray

Lord I pray you bless me with the strength to get through this tough time.I pray you hold my hand as I peacefully walk in line.I pray you lay a soft hand on all those that need your touch.I pray you lift up our spirits.

Friday Fun

Kaden spent alot of time checking this saw out.I don't guess he had ever seen one up close. He now knows what it is used for. This would be Malachi's feet as he makes his jump into the pool.If you notice Donald is being attacked and they nearly stripped him of his shorts.
Donald before getting in the pool. The kids started splashing him as he walked by.He didn't need to chance clothes before getting in since he was already soaked.

Donald likes hot dogs off a stick.

Kaden knows he can pick this up.He must have got dirt on his hands.

First attempt at picking the stick up.As you notice in the pic above he did manage.

How much wood can a wood chuck chuck? They didn't want the fire to go out.

Much faster then trying to break them by hand. Why couldn't he have done this 2 weeks ago?

Malachi was determined to get sticks. He broke many like this.

It kept him occupied for hours.

Here is Billy,Brenten,Allison,Mariah,Hannah,Justin, and Ashley. This was the first time I had met Billy and Allison.

And malachi just chills by the fire.He said he wasen't cold he just didn't wanna be splashed.Kinda hard to stay dry with 7 kids and 1 adult in the pool.

Donald before he got wet.He was just chillin playin us some tunes since the kids drownded the radio.

Kaden got hot and had to get a drink. He made sure to fill both cheeks full.

Ashley,Skylar, and Kaden.Kade loves his horsey.Someone did finally throw it on the fire but someone else grabbed it off and I patched it.It's as good as new again.

Little Miss Ashley and her fish. That is Skylar next to her.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's been a good week and a rough weekend.I do know it's all for the better.

Grandpa

This is my grandpa holding the white coffee cup with the child blowing the party favor at him. This is my grandpa and great aunt in 1998.They went to the cemetary together.

This is my grandpa a little over a year ago.
My Grandpa was a very special man and I have fond memories of him.He would take us grandkids to help mow yards then pay us by buying a watermelon to eat on our break. He always had a can of root beer or a ice cream to offer us when we went to visit.I loved helping him check the eggs and when we were both younger I helped him milk the cows.I will miss him sooooo much.My kids know him as {My Grandpa With 1 Eye}.I love you grandpa and all the special times we shared. You was a great man that followed the lord close to your heart.I hope you have met up with Grandma and I hope you two got to watch fireworks together. You two have alot of catching up to do after 3 years and 3 months apart.I love you both.

Thursday's Fun

Wow what a way to kick off the weekend.I babysat on Thursday just like the rest of the week.I bought a big ball that you air up and then hook the hose to it and it makes it a sprinkler.I let the kids play in it Thursday and they had alot of fun. Then Thursday night it was off to the races. This is Ashley,Brenten, and Kaden standing at the fence watching the tow truck. This is again Ashley,Brenten, and Kaden standing at the fence again. They was watching the cars this time.

This would be Donald and Kaden watching the race.I think lil man is getting sleepy at this point.

Justin,Malachi,Brenten. They are watchin the race too.Oh wait it really looks like everyone is watching me!

This is Ashley and she is telling me smoke got in her eyes and she don't like it.I guess that just comes with a fire pit huh.

Malachi chilled in this chair most of the day.He just wanted to talk to m e instead of swimming. So we talked for many hours.

Kaden has on his floaty and safety glasses so he is ready to swim.Is them safety glasses really going to do any good?NOPE!

This would be Skylar and Kaden along with the sprinkler ball. They made a water slide.

This is where the water slide is about to be put in place.Ashley thinks of everything when it comes to water.

I guess Kaden enjoyed running. He ran around for a long time but he would run clear away from the water then run right back.

I should have just given them all fish names.

I believe the boy's was thinking Ashley was crazy.Maybe her backside was hot and she wanted it cooled off.

I hope everyone has a safe fun happy 4th of July.
