Millinium House

Someone told me about this house one time a few years ago. It's located down a gravel road about 2 or 3 miles from town. The owners own a large section of shopping malls and the land that wal marts sits on.Now you must be wondering how many people live here?2 thats right only 2!It's just an elderly lady and her son.On each side of the house there is 4 garage doors so I am guessing it will hold 8 vehicles. As you can see in the pic they have a security gate up.They can open it from inside the house to let people in and beside the gate is an intercom. Now on the back side is a paved road BUT it's a long way's away. The back side is not secured either it only has a barbed wire fence. My friend delivered pizza to them and she said it has about 17 bedrooms. You can also see it has at least 3 fireplaces.I would like to live there but I'd need a maid and some butlers cause I could never do it alone.I did zoom in all the way with my camara to make it look like a close up.I have drove by this alot just to look at it.Ok I know I have to much time on my hands lol.Happy Friday Everyone.I have got a million things to be doing right now.

It's almost here

As of 5:00pm tomorrow we will kick off my birthday weekend.I didn't even bother to invite adults because they are NO FUN!I have invited several kids and we have alot of fun stuff to fo.We are going to swim then eat then swim {yes I know the 30 min rule}then umm eat and swim some more. Before falling asleep in the tents we are going to tell ghost stories.Me myself I don't know any stories but I have heard 2 kids say they have books about ghost stories so maybe they can help.I bought some lights and hung them on the entrance of the canopy today........they are kinda dull but still pretty.I am going to real firewood tomorrow so the fire will burn a little longer without having to get up every 20 minutes to break more limbs. You see the neighbors lost a huge limb in the ice storm we had in Janurary and when they mowed their yard they threw the limb in my yard.I was going to {give} it back to them but have now decided to keep it for myself. It burns fantastic but it just dont last long.I will see about a pic to post with this blog but I may not have any yet.My feet was wet today and then I put my sandals on and then my feet stunk somethin fierce so I washed them but they still stink. My sis once told me to just smear some toothpaste on whatever stinks and it will stop stinkin so I will try toothpase in a sec. After spending 2 1/2 day's outside I have managed to get a sunburn on my back.I shouldn't run around in just my swimwear but hey it's my yard.I have never peeled when I get burned it alway's turns into a nice tan.I DID however put sunblock on today now we just gotta see how well it worked.Nope I have NEVER wore sunblock until today.I generally just smear baby oil all over me so I tan or burn or something.3 of my 5 kids don't burn. They are dark complected like their daddy and instead of burning they just tan a little more.I wish I was more like them so I didn't have to work so hard.Well It's late and I have a whole list to get done before tomorrow evening.I'll post pics tomorrow.Good Night All!

My pre-Birthday Shopping Adventure

It's not quit my birthday yet but since it is Saturday Donald decided to take me shopping. All I wanted was stuff for thr pool and a nice lounging area.I believe I done alright. This is Donald playing with my pool light/fountain.I think this has a pretty glow after dark. This would be the umm tent?sun shelter?I forgot what the box called it.It is water proof which will come in very handy since we get the most rain in June.

Solar lights. They had 8 in the box and I only needed 4 but thats ok I just spread them around the tent.

This is my new love.I seem to be a fire person and since it is against the law for me to build fires in the driveway {in which I have been doing} this should keep me out of trouble.

It's rather hard to get pictures that dosen't include kids.I believe I was getting the fountain but got kids instead.Notice how they are alway's near the pool?

THIS IS THE COLORFUL FOUNTAIN.I love it as much as the fire pit.

This is the fountain glowing green.I like the blue and red better.

This is the fountain with the flash on.It is lit up but you just can't see it.I suppose I did get more then I should have and I suppose I might feel guilty for awhile but by this time next year I won't feel guilty I will just want something else to make me feel guilty lol.

NOT ME MONDAY

I did not forget to post my pics first.

Sorry I did not suddenly forget how I was getting the NOT ME MONDAY link to McMammas blog.I did not have a fabulous week!I did not find a 2nd hand pool that was big enough to swim in and I surely would not have bought it.I wouldn't make all the kids and my mother help hoe, shovel, carry dirt, pack dirt, and fill it up and then I most certainly WOULD NOT make them wait all day before getting in it.I myself would NOT be a bit excited about it and I would Not want to get in it myself. We did not finally get a ladder so we COULD get in it.Brenten WOULD NOT push down the side and push Kaden and his baby float out.My kids are MUCH kinder and loving then that.It was not a scary moment and I WAS NOT stuck in a tube that was way to small for me and my neighbors were surly NOT laughing at me diving over the side of the pool to rescue my baby.Saturday is NOT my birthday so Donald DID not take me on a shopping spree after he got off work.I did not get a fire pit, gazebo, solar lights, and an awsome light show/fountain for the pool.I am not turning my yard into a luxury.Happy Monday Everyone!

The 1500's VS 2000's

Take the time to learn some history , it is very good.

A day in the pool...and ONLY 1 accident

I had this intelligent idea yesterday to set up the pool.We have no flat land except the driveway so I wasen't sure where to put it.So after pondering on it for a few minutes I came up with the idea to hoe the driveway right where my rig was parked and just set it right there. So that's just what we done. This pic of the wheelbarrow and shovel is the tools used to make the pool area.I couldn't find the mini hoe to put it in the pic. This is the clay dirt pile in which was the choice dirt to spread for pool padding. It had no rocks and was available in the back yard so we put it to good use.

This is Kaden and Brenten working hard helping us.It was really better this way...TRUST ME!

This is Justin shoveling clay mud so we could haul it and spread it.GOOD JOB SON!

This is my mother useing the mini hoe to remove the gravel from the driveway.Don't worry she done about 1/4 of it.GOOD JOB MOM!

This was taken this morning. This is my Mother with her backache.

If we only had a ladder we would all be in there.

Is it time to get in yet?It feels good!Do you see how they are all just itching to get in?

SPLASH!Ha they will find a way to get wet with the pool without getting in!

Is it time yet?

And then Kaden try's conning people into putting him in.

And he starts to get aggravated.

And I was just wanting in there too!

Will a group pic get them in?Justin,Malachi,Brent,Mariah, and Kaden.
